Look Fashionable in a Topaz Ring

By

A topaz ring is a statement piece. This is one of the few gemstones that you can actually get a high carat ewight. This will have a little bit higher quality than costume jewelry but be a whole lot less expensive than other gemstones such as diamonds. It really is also a chance to experiment with color. There are a lot of different colors that you'll see in this material that you won't see in any other kind of gemstone no matter how expensive it may be.

A pink topaz ring can really work as a right hand ring. A few years ago, Ben Affleck gave one of these pieces to Jennifer Lopez as an engagement ring. It really inspired a lot of costume jewelry almost instantly. It seemed like everyone had to have this huge faux fuchsia diamond ring. If you want to do something a little bit classier then you can just go with a pink topaz ring for that beautiful and vibrant color.

The really great thing about this is that you can experiment with more fashionable cuts such as a cushion cut topaz ring. The advantage to this is that it gives you a very fashion forward feel. You probably would never see this cut in diamond jewelry or at least diamond jewelry that other women would wear a lot. However, it's a chance to really experiment with all of the different technology that is out there.

You can also go with a classic design style. In this case, you could just go with princess cut stones. This might even take up your entire finger. Then if you wanted a vintage old Hollywood look you could surround the stone in accent diamonds. If you want more of an edgy, contemporary look then just keep the band in a plain gold.

If you're trying to save money than white topaz engagement rings can really help you out. You might not be comfortable buying a faux stone but one of these pieces can solve a lot of problems. Of course it can be very budget friendly. It can give you the size of “diamond” that you crave. At the same time, it's also a great solution if you lose your jewelry a lot or you're afraid to wear the pieces out. This allows you to get the most of your money and have the something that you are comfortable both buying and showing off every day.

A topaz birthstone ring works extremely well for a December baby. Zircon is the traditional birthstone but since it's so difficult to find blue topaz this kind of becomes the default. Plus, since there are so many different colors of the stone ranging from white, blue, pink, brown, and even a rainbow effect there really is something for everyone even if you want to give it as a gift.

This can really help you out if you are interested in getting a huge diamond ring that you just can't afford it. You can technically get a diamond ring by going with diamond accents. Maybe you will find a white topaz ring surrounded by smaller genuine black diamonds. This way when people ask you if it's a diamond you can say that it is but you don’t have to specify which stones are diamonds.

You can also create the same principle with a smoky topaz ring. The center stone could be one of those large inexpensive pieces. It could even have a very unique color. Then the setting of the ring could just be surrounded in chocolate diamonds. It would be very expensive and even difficult to find a chocolate diamond in a really large piece. However, you will probably want to keep this in yellow gold. This will bring out the gold tones from the stone and really get a very cohesive sense of style. It gives a very high end look so that the focus is really on the beauty of the gemstones and creates a very sophisticated and elegant look.

Since this kind of gemstone is so inexpensive it really gives you a chance to give more of a youthful and trendy feel to the piece. You could do this with the shape by going with a ring that mimics a flower. This can also be a very fine piece of jewelry for a teenager. Another option would be to just pair it with another semi precious stone such an amethyst. This can create a very unique color palette that will definitely get noticed.
